Amanda Grace is a photographer, writer and creator based on the Sunshine Coast.

I have always been amazed at the power of words and images to evoke such powerful feelings in people. Ever since I was a child, my love and wonder for the outside world, led me on many adventures, and my love affair with Latin America and people from all walks of life, was born. Through my written word and photography, I aim to portray what is real and felt by the soul. To capture that fleeting moment where the real magic lingers. The space between the worlds.

In my younger years, I wrote film reviews for a local newspaper, while completing a Diploma of Freelance Travel Writing and Photography with the Australian College of Journalism. After travelling the world for many years as a stewardess on Private SuperYachts, I settled down and became a mumma.

During this time I self published inspirational, greeting cards, with my photography sold at local bookstores, while doing freelance photography work for various local businesses. Currently I am a student of Digital Content Copywriting and plan to continue down this path helping people achieve the best results possible through power of the written word and my photography. Recently, I was also the feature writer for Noosa Style magazine, and wrote casually for Coolum Advertiser newspaper.

Living as I do is the title of a book that my father wrote, that was published in 1959. Even though he passed away when I was a child, this is a tribute to his wandering spirit and curious mind, and the journey we create when we courageously follow our own heart.

“Amanda is wonderful to work with. She understands your requirements and captures the moment beautifully. A pleasure to work with, her energy is contagious. I highly recommend her personally or for business”.

Sussanah Crouch, BUSINESS OWNER AMARA RETREAT.

“Amanda is a poet with a camera. Something beyond words get portrayed. She has captured the moment many times for myself, colleagues and my students in our passions around health and wellbeing. The shots have been used in various mediums and are likely the most powerful form of marketing behind “word and mouth”.

Gwyn Williams, ZENTHAI FOUNDER.

“Amanda’s warmth and charm had us feeling relaxed from the moment we met her. I absolutely love how she captured me and my sweet babe. The photos she took of us evoke so many emotions in me- she somehow captures all the rawness, vulnerability and the beauty of life in a way that her photos speak a 1000 words. Truly talented and with a wonderful approach. I highly recommend! “
